Role: AVP - Service Now Systems Architect

Discovery Leader:

1. Hands on experience with SN discovery (Windows, Unix, Software Installed on the servers, Database discovery, AWS/vCenter).

2. Working Knowledge on Discovery scheduler, MID servers load balancing and Probes/Sensors & Patterns

3. Hands on experience on SN CMDB (Processes on CI Creation, CI relationships, Awareness of CMDB table schema)

Systems Architect:

1. Instance Administration activities (SSO login, Integrations or process followed on maintaining User, Groups, Company, Location and core system tables)

2. Web Services Integration (REST and SOAP) knowledge.

3. Experience on Access Control List
