AVP - Service Provider Administrator - BFS

- Ideal candidate would have strong understanding of asset management business and prior experience in in providing services to manage the funds

- Experience in co-ordinating activities with the Fund board and hands-on experience in managing ETF rebates, distributor fees, index provider cost etc

- Minimum of 7 years of overall experience

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in the asset management industry

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

Assist HIFL (management company) service provider managers in the following area:

- Provide operational oversight/liason to the service providers to support volume on new ETF sub-funds,

- ETF hedged share classes, ICAV launches

- Manage ongoing 'BAU' operational matters with the service providers and investment teams within Asset Management Division

- Establish relationship and co-ordinate with the Shariah committee to support new Shariah themed fund launches in CCF and ETF, including dividend purification

- Manage CCF oversight including liaison with Carne (current ManCo to CCF)

- Assist with the calculation and the review of various fees (e.g. ETF rebates, investment manager and distributors fees, index provider cost)

- Facilitate discussions to ensure there is ongoing dialogue to resolve any delays or issues with the service providers
