AVP - Service & Delivery Management/Contract Management - Investment Bank

- Involved in sourcing strategy, Project Management, Governance, business case, service levels and vendor

- Support senior management in identifying and executing opportunities to migrate to handled services contracts

- Lead contract renewals, amendments, changes and support negotiation

- Project Management of workforce strategies

- Risk-mitigated planning, collaborating with all relevant partners, protecting overall interests and compliance requirements

- Develop & implement outsourcing governance

- Lead captive/vendor governance meetings and facilitate timely closure or issue of items relating to vendor service delivery

- Work as individual contributor

Qualifications

- Should have 10 years handling and developing, leading vendors and sourcing risk in both vendor and captive models as well as delivering vendor performance and service level agreements across large global organizations

- Exposure in governing a vendor and sourcing model

- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to negotiate and influence at the senior level

- Outstanding Project Management skills, very strong literacy in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
