Recruitment & Onboarding :


- Streamlining sourcing process to ensure quality talent pipeline and hiring pool with strong organization fitment and diversity


- Developing a robust selection process with rigorous pre-recruitment checks and interviews


- Establishing a plan for actively engaging with potential candidates to ensure minimal dropouts and improved alignment with the organization.


- Designing and implementing a formal induction program for all new employees in the organization


- Meeting hiring targets through a proactive recruitment process and strong onboarding process for positions across all grade levels and geographies


- Recruitment and onboarding of senior leadership and other key talents for the organization


- Streamlining the performance management process in KRA setting, half-year performance discussions, PIP, an annual appraisal process.


- Analyzing productivity for employees in the SME & Retail business to identify employees who need support, developmental inputs or hand holding


- Creating a grade structure for the organization with focus on clear grade banding with linkages to work experience, education, job size, span of control and financial responsibility


- Defining clear career paths and promotion criteria for employees to ensure transparency and assist employees in career planning


- Creating and publishing of dashboards to provide senior business leaders with an overview of manpower numbers, attrition and hiring trends


- Monitoring and analyzing HR department costs and other HR related costs to manage budgets and improve cost efficiency


- Analyzing efficacy of all HR Interventions and programs in order enhance and promote their usage across the firm.


- Annual budgeting for HR department costs as well as other costs like recruitment, training, etc.


- Regulatory & Statutory Reporting to various stakeholders used for Annual Report, RBI reporting, IBA, etc.
