As Senior Product Manager in Customer Returns, you will be responsible for identifying and executing projects that align with the long-term vision of the company. Improving customer experience will always remain your main goal. As a result, many of the projects typically impact all aspects of the returns workflow. This includes areas such as returns creation, transportation and Fulfillment Center operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation

- Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights

- Participate in internal business performance reviews and business reviews to understand trends, develop action plans, and share business plans and performance

Basic Qualifications :

- B.Tech / MBA from a premier Institute / School.

- Experience of 7-10 years in Product / Program Management and currently working with a reputed Global MNC preferably in Ecommerce / Retail / FMCS, etc Industry. (eg ERP implementations) are not suitable as the incumbent should be more on the Business / Management side of Product Management.

You have 6+ years of experience in product management domain. Technical Product Managers (eg ERP implementations) are not ideal as the incumbent should be more on the Business / Management side of Product Management.

- Demonstrated understanding of the e-commerce space.

- Experience in the product development of mobile applications or websites.

- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel

- Ability to travel up to 25%

- Demonstrated bias for action and an ability to deal with ambiguity

- Demonstrated ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist and long-term planner

- Superior communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goals

- Experience with SQL, Tableau

- Experience with MS Project
