Position Description - AVP/SM - IME (International Monitoring and Escalation team)

- He should have Trade Support or from Trade Controls background as well as with some PnL background. Preferably with 10+ years of experience in Investment Banking, mainly in Trade Support or Trade Controls.

- He should have a good understanding of Trade life cycle. Should understand cancel/correct and amend process. Should be able to build/produce different key metrics for cancel amend process to identify any potential rogue trade. 

- Should have fair understanding of different asset class like Equity, Credit, Rates, FX etc. Should be able to liaise with key stakeholders in Operations, FO and as well as Risk. Should be able to manage and drive team towards excellence.

Qualifications - 

- Min 10+ years of experience in Investment Banking, mainly in Trade Support or Trade Controls

- Knowledge of Pnl and Balance Sheet will be preferred

- MBA from a reputed institute / Chartered accountant / Post graduate in Finance / Economics from a reputed institute.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of Trade Life Cycle, Financial products, basic IT infrastructure and Middle Office / Back Office processes & procedures

- 7+ years of running Operations in Investment Banking.

- Ability to understand and drive Front-to-Back Workflow and articulate and understand full product/trade life-cycle in Global Markets.

- Advanced PC Skills including Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.

- Negotiation Skills : - Ability to negotiate with ground level folks and also with Line managers (Senior & Junior)

- Stake holder management (internal & external) across regions / functions / lines of business.

Job location: Hyderabad

Work hours: Mon - Friday (12 Noon-9pm) should be open to work extended hours if needed including weekends
