AVP/Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - Campus/University Relations (15-20 yrs)
Designation: AVP/ Sr. Manager - Talent Acquisition - Campus/ University Relations
Location: Gurugram
- Represent the brand on campus and make an impact
- Build relationships with campus placement teams and faculty representatives to facilitate the campus program across a variety of campuses.
- Stay up-to-date with campus events (academic and non-academic) and accordingly plan a meaningful and impactful campus calendar for year-round engagement and brand building.
- Be responsible for collecting competitive intelligence from campuses through primary and secondary sources on recruitment, compensation, campus rankings, etc.
- Work closely with recruitment Managers to refine and implement a robust campus hiring governance program.
- Identify opportunities for new campus initiatives in order to strengthen the brand.
- Work with Markets to coordinate merchandise, collaterals, and social media content for campus initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR BPs and recruiters to plan and execute campus engagement activities
- Act as the go-to contact for recruitment managers for all matters related to campus process and related governance
- Exhibits strong relationships & equity skills.
- Strong market acumen & comparator knowledge.
- Effectively manage projects with high impacts
- Drive relationships with key campuses and maintain a high degree of rapport with the placements team.
- Effective communication on hiring status and timely responsiveness to queries from Institutes
- Ensure program-level operational KPIs agreed with stakeholders are met
Education / professional qualifications Prior Experience:
- B.A / B Tech/B.E/ B.com / MBA
- 15 plus years of relevant industry experience in Campus recruitment.
