AVP/Senior Manager - Supply Chain & Procurement - Management Consulting Firm (6-10 yrs)
Looking for supply chain professionals from management consulting firms who :
- Should be able to maximize efficiency and cost optimization in the supply chain, and improve accuracy and results through a collaborative approach with vendors/suppliers.
- Should be well versed with sourcing strategy, direct procurement
- Will be responsible for forecasting and annual budgets
- Adept at vendor management including negotiations / supplier contracts, TAT, SOPs etc
- Responsible for process improvement thus saving costs
- Excellent at stakeholder management - both external and internal
- Should have handled raw material procurement / packaging procurement / plant and machinery consumables / other services
- Implementing latest best practices in regard to technology, inventory and demand management, and compliance management
- Drive operational excellence and best practices improving purchasing and other costs
Skills & Experience :
- 6-8 years of supply chain / procurement experience - preferably in consulting firms
- Engineering & MBA from good institutes
- Champion of negotiations / vendor management / process oriented
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
