AVP/Sr. Manager - Project Finance/Construction Finance

Job Location: Regional Office, Ahmedabad

Age, Qualification & Experience : Upto 45 years, Any Post Graduate, preferably CA/Inter CA with minimum 6-15 years of relevant Experience. Good computer skill and local language knowledge is essential.

Job Profile:

- Generate new business for construction finance as per assigned targets.

- Coordinating with Builders, Chartered Accountants and Tax consultant for business development.

- Overall monitoring of project/construction finance (real estate-based funding) proposals

- Overall project evaluation, structuring and credit and Technical analysis

- To carry out due diligence of loan proposal (Technical/ Financial/Legal/Regulatory etc.)

- To manage compliance for new as well as existing relationships.
