AVP/Senior Manager - Partnership Alliance - BFS (3-7 yrs)

As the Lead of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving our partnership strategy and expanding our network of strategic alliances. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fintech Expertise: You will lead our partnerships efforts within the fintech space. Deep knowledge of the fintech industry and its key players is essential.
- Partnership Identification: Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives and growth strategies.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture deep, long-term relationships with key strategic partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Negotiation and Deal Making: Lead negotiations with potential partners, crafting win-win agreements that drive mutual value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and sales to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform partnership strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives. Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership.
To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Fintech Experience: Proven experience working within the fintech industry, with a deep understanding of its landscape, trends, and key players.
- Partnership Experience: A track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with partners at various levels.
