AVP/Senior Manager - Legal - Banking & Finance - LLB

Job Description :

- Drafting documents related to financing such as facility agreement, mortgage, hypothecation, pledge, option agreement, DSA agreements, leave & license agreements, sale deed, conveyance deeds etc.

- Drafting customized financing products

- Due diligence related shareholders agreement, Concession Agreement, Fuel Supply Agreements, PPA, EPC Contracts, Escrow, O & M Agreement etc.

- Identification of potential risk elements in a transaction and seek required documents for verification

- Liaising with external lawyers

Qualification :

- LLB with 5 to 8 years of experience in Banking & Finance, Project Finance.
