What You will do Everyday?
This role is an exciting, multi-dimensional role that has interactions and responsibilities both
with internal and external stakeholders. High visibility role that involves day-to-day working
with the CXOs.
Internal -
- Work closely with the CEO and the CBO to chalk out the growth strategy for the company
- Keeping the users as the focal point
- Work cross functionally across marketing, tech, product, sales to execute growth initiatives
- Analyze data extensively and help develop investor acquisition, retention, and cross-sell strategies for our multi-asset investment platform
- Assist in creating innovative go-to-market strategy for new product launches
- Work with the B2C sales team to build the most efficient processes to improve sales efficiency and customer servicing
External -
- Build strategic partnerships with other stakeholders in the ecosystem, for
example,neo-banks, investing platforms, fintech companies, wealth management outfits etc.
- Work cross functionally with both internal stakeholders and external partners to drive these partnerships to execution till the last mile - from commercial negotiation to tech integration - exposure to the entire journey
- Lead growth initiatives to build a robust network of wealth managers and financial advisors
Your Superpowers
- 5+ years of relevant experience primarily in a growth/ sales oriented role
- Experience working in a growth manager role that involved cross functional interaction with marketing, tech, product or experience managing a sales team
- Prior experience in fintech, investment platforms, wealth management is preferred
- Tier 1 (undergrad or MBA) pedigree is a plus, but not required
- Ability to articulate insights across all levels of the organization
- Excellent data analysis skills with an analytical bent of mind
