AVP/Sr. Manager - Collections Strategy - Business Banking

- Devise and advise the appropriate collection strategies to the management

- To Track the trend of the bucket wise and DPD wise delinquency.

- To track the trend of sector wise delinquency

- Identifying suitable recovery measures or strategies for timely collection

- Close coordination with the Senior Management for various aspects regarding Processes, Policies, and Approvals etc. pertaining to collection unit of Business Banking

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities :

- For regular follow-up and close coordination with the internal stake holders including Collection team and business group

- For coordinating and Liaoning with legal team to ensure appropriate legal action is taken in specific cases

- To advise and maintain the effective strategies for improved efficiency in collection and control on the overall cost of the unit.

Nature of Experience :

- Quantitative, Qualitative and sectorial Analysis

- Devising Strategies for Collections of NPA cases and controls on the bucket wise & DPD wise delinquency.

- Hard collections including the proficiency in legal area viz. SARFAESI Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, DRT, High Court etc.
