AVP / Senior Manager Collections

Job profile :

- Collections and recovery of overdue payments from identified overdue accounts. Continuously monitor collection & update recovery status of these loans for monitoring.

- Responsible for managing entire team ( calling as well as on field) and collection agencies at all locations, motivate and follow up with them.

- Undertake necessary actions in co-ordination with the legal department for cases that can be recovered through legal intervention.

- Ensure periodic targets setting for team and Collection Agency, periodic reviews to achieve the targets

- Excel skills to handle entire portfolio data for monitoring as well as management reporting.

- Team recruitment, identifying new agencies and onboarding them, monthly incentive calculation of team as well as agencies.

- Co-orientation with collection agency for assigned portfolio and achieve the target.
