AVP/Senior Manager - Client Servicing - Digital Marketing - Real Estate (6-12 yrs)
Role : AVP / Senior Manager - Client Servicing ( Digital Marketing)
Location : Gurgaon
About the Role :
This role will be based out of Gurgaon and will be responsible for P&L for digital business for North & East regions. This is NOT a traditional digital marketing sales/BD role. The role expects someone who has had hands on digital marketing experience in the past, has run several large scale campaigns and understands digital marketing ecosystem very well.
Role :
- Consulting Clients on digital marketing channels and best practices
- Understanding Clients- requirements and designing a digital marketing campaign best suited for their needs
- Interacting with the in-house performance marketing team to deploy and manage these campaigns
- Interacting with these clients on a regular basis - optimise and scale the campaigns to achieve the required results
- Being responsible for renewal of the campaign
- Being responsible for P&L of these regions
- Should have handled approximately over 1 crore of digital marketing budget per month.
Desired qualifications and personal traits :
- A proven Marketer, deeply familiar with the tools and techniques of digital marketing.
- 6 to 12 years of experience
- Senior leader with experience of exposure to top level leaders (CEO/VP/SVP level)
- Ability to think strategically and operationally, delivering the day to day while defining and leading future direction.
- Highly analytical thinker, passionate about the value of data and compelled to find insight in it.
- A strong collaborator able to influence broadly, secure buy in and become a preferred partner of key global teams.
- Experienced in multi-territory campaign management.
- Experienced team leader with a record of leading high performing teams and developing skills and careers of team members.
- Highly effective communicator able to crisply present complex and data rich proposals, both in written and verbal form.
