Job description:

- Achieve yearly revenue and yield targets on all product lines

- Achieve up-sell and cross-sell targets for the period

- Seek Assistance from EH& Service colleagues in new client acquisition

- Build relationships with TPA and Insurance company representatives in the region to ensure efficient service delivery terms

- Interact with Insurers to achieve the pricing for various policies incepted during the policy period

- Build relationships with key stakeholders/decision makers to meet requirements with regard to their EH&B business operations

- Assist the EH&B service team in retaining existing client relationships when required

- Present to clients new product or services solutions as agreed with the customer for the new policy period

- Seek support from the EH&B consulting team and senior management to present the best terms to new clients

- Build and support capabilities in any team resource allocated

Preferred:

- Post Graduate /MBA/any other equivalent higher education qualification

- Having 5-10 years of corporate sales experience in Fin Institutions/TPA/Brokers

- Having 3-5 years of Insurance sales /servicing experience(General/Life)

- Having knowledge of the local corporate market

- Excellent communication skills

- Sound influencing skills with corporate decision-makers

- Good networking and relationship-building skills

- Highly competent with MS Office and Windows presentation tools

- Preference to candidates with relevant work experience from Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits specialization
