1. Carrier Relation Management, Drive Negotiations & Pricing, Drive Carrier Strategy
2. Competition Pricing & benchmarking, cost engineering
3. Completely own & lead new Projects & Program Design systems & SOP around new initiatives, Pilot & Implementation with continuous KPI Tracking & RoI of the Initiatives.
4. New Initiatives in the domains of Hyperlocal expansion, Cross Border Logistics, Cargo/B2B Logistics, etc
5. Create a framework of Small Carrier Networks with scalable infrastructure with Cost advantages
6. Should have a brief understanding of Legal framework for taxes, levies & compliances related to Courier / Transportations / Supply Chain.
7. Lead Seller Pickup Team & drive the KPIs around the same owning the NPS related to Seller Pickups
8. Strong people management with inter & intra team communications skills. Ideally a Hustler, who can get things done, with little or no supervision
Mandatory Requirement:
- Candidate Profile: Good Engineering/MBA College Graduate.
If MBA - 4 to 5 years
Engineering background- 8-9 years of experience
- Experience in 3PL
- Should be working with B2C eCommerce Logistics Organizations or eCommerce Marketplaces
