Position : AVP/Sr.AVP Leasing

Location :Mumbai / Delhi

JD:

- Primary responsibility of leasing a portfolio of Warehousing and Industrial Parks across India

- Should be able to manage a team of professionals and build a pipeline for the available and upcoming space on a Pan India basis.

- Should be able to drive the team and manage end to end leasing process right from sourcing, submitting proposals, negotiation, documentations and closure of multiple lease transactions across the country.

- Should have an existing network with IPC, Brokers, Consulates, Industry bodies etc.

- Deep knowledge and wide network amongst 3PL, FMCG, Auto component manufacturers, Pharma, Retail and E commerce players etc. who drive demand for the Industrial and Logistics park business.

- 100% front ending/Client servicing/Sales role

- Good understanding of 3PL and E-commerce logistics business will be an added advantage.

- 3 PL Business Development background preferred.

- EPC Sales/Project Sales - BD background also preferred

- Should have good understanding of rental trends in various locations/corridors across India mostly Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad Markets.

- Should be aware of major warehousing and industrial leasing transactions across India mostly Mumbai, NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune and Ahmedabad Markets.

- Should be able to guide in preparing business plan for the multiple projects across company.

- Should be the face of the company in various events and should actively participate as a speaker in various event and establish the company as thought leader in warehousing and industrial space.

- Should generate new and innovative ideas that focuses on leasing Industrial and Logistics real estate.

- Should drive and maintain relationship with company's prospective as well as existing clients.

- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction

- Ensure implementation of SOP and compliance with processes for the company.

- Should provide inputs in Corporate Marketing for Client presentations, collaterals, Campaigns etc.

- Good leadership and ownership skills, ability to motivate, delegate with appropriate follow-up and create engagement within the team

- Basic knowledge of the legal environment

- Basic technical knowledge of Warehousing and Industrial Buildings

- Should have good understanding of Techno-commercial understanding of Industrial and Warehousing specifications

- Should have worked in a Pan India role
