We have a urgent job opening for AVP - SAP Prod Support
- Type of role - People Manager with a span of 10 - 12
- Primary Skills - SAP Production Support
- Candidate should be willing to support between 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM only on need basis
Job Description (Overview of Role)
The individual will be responsible for supporting various processes in the SAP Production support team from India which operates 15X7. The person will have to collaborate & strategize with the business groups and understand business priorities that would drive the project in the right direction.
Responsibilities
- Plan, track, manage, and report on projects comprising multi-faceted teams of associates and vendors across multiple locations
- Periodically collect and report project metrics, analyze and review the same with QA and other PMO teams
- Collaborate with support teams to come up with innovative solutions to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness of deliverables
- Provide regular communication to all the stake holders
- Revisit the existing process & need to provide expert advice on improving the same.
Requirements :
Required Skills :
- Degree from a reputed university
- Overall experience of 9 + years.
- Should have managed SAP & non-SAP Production support projects.
- Extensive knowledge on ITIL processes.
- Should have SAP ECC, BI/BPC/EPM knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years strong experience in the architecture, design and support of large projects
- Experience of 7+ years in banking domain.
- 4+ years experience in planning, tracking, management, and reporting of large programs comprising multi-faceted teams of offshore/onsite associates and vendors
- Excellent communication & Interpersonal relationship development skills.
Good to have :
- Knowledge on Finance domain would be an added advantage.
- Leadership skills
