AVP Sales

- Developing and Managing team.

- Make strategic planning to grow Business for the all B2C & B2B Branches.

- Advising clients on profitable Investment opportunities for Equity, Commodity and currency products

- Keeping in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence.

- Creating cross sell and up sell opportunities.

- Identifying, acquiring, developing and maintaining customer relationships.

- Delivering excellent customer support.

- Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.

- Maintaining up to date knowledge of competitor activity, products and services.

- Attending and contributing at sales meetings.

- Measuring customer satisfaction levels.

- Answering product related questions from customers.

- Taking on complex customer issues and resolving them.

Core Responsibilities:

- Managing team and its activities

- Responsible for developing and increasing overall market share across all the segment

- Identifying prospective and generating business from the existing & new clients thereby achieving business targets

- Individual HNI clients sales target

- Make strategic planning to grow business & managing relationships with HNI clients & retail clients

- Negotiating mutually profitable Investment opportunities with clients by creating cross sell and up sell opportunities

- Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.

- Attending and contributing at sales meetings

- Measuring customer satisfaction levels
