Our Client is a Credit Health management company whose goal is to help clients to enhance their credit profile and save money.They use a combination of analytical tools, a state of the art product suite and multi stage guidance to handhold their customers through the various stages of a credit life cycle and keep them Credit Healthy : in the process saving them lacs of rupees.

They provide services like Credit Health Packages, Identity Protection Services &Corporate Credit Health Package. They also help in interpretation of credit reports, assists in loan processing, error tracking, analysis of Credit Bureau reports and filing tax returns.

Since their inception they have helped thousands of individuals and organisations to avail loans, credit cards and other credit facilities on favourable terms therefore improving their credit health. They employ credit specialists and counsellors whose expertise in interpreting credit reports, comprehensive analysis helps their clients lead a credit healthy life. They are currently located in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata and Pune.

What kind of work will you be involved in-

As AVP- Operations, you will lead the counselling operations team and will oversee entire day-to-day operations, with the following key responsibilities:

- Drive revenue for the business

- Identifying customer impacting issues, working out and implementing solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction rate.

- Responsible for day-to-day operations and improving systems and processes

- Maintain and improve employee productivity by coaching & mentoring the team

- Strong ability to drive business strategies and decisions

- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

- Understanding and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, departments, policies, and procedures

- Develop and Achieve performance goals and objectives in line with the organization wide vision and goals

Ideal Candidate:

- An MBA from a premier B-School

- Prior team handling experience

- Excellent Communication skills

- Solutions oriented with strong initiative

- Highly customer service oriented

- Process Oriented

Experience: 2-5 years of sales operation management experience in BFSI, FMCG & Retail.
