AVP - Sales & Marketing - SME Segment - NBFC (10-15 yrs)
- Establishes departmental KPI's and evaluates the performance of the sales initiatives, making necessary changes to promote the achievement of SME sales and targets.
- Leads and manages all activities within the SME sales sector, including account management, customer support, and field marketing.
- Assist key departmental employees with their professional development by serving as their mentors, and where appropriate, lend a hand while they carry out their duties.
- Lead the initiatives for developing the SME department's strategy, making sure they remain in line with the overall business plan.
- Boost sales by creating and putting into practise effective SME-specific strategies.
- Execute effectively with the goal of selling SME range of products in order to meet the business revenue targets.
- Design, implement, and manage the sales process, from relationship development to contract finalisation.
