Job Description - As the AVP, you will be responsible for managing the sales & marketing teams of domestic formulation business by optimum utilisation of resources for seamless achievement of sales targets in line with the Annual Budget & LTS plans.
Co-ordinate with formulations manufacturing for ensuring availability of materials on time through proper forecasting and production planning.

Description
While reporting to the Business Head for Chemicals, you will be responsible for:
- Creating an Annual sales plan and overseeing & supporting the sales / marketing team in order to facilitate smooth achievement of set objective
- Co-ordinate with manufacturing, finance team and HR for production planning & delivery, for pricing, manpower planning & deployment
- Develop systems and processes and ensuring implementation for smooth execution of set objective
- Visit markets and fields to get first hand information and evaluate the field activities
Profile
A successful candidate would come with the following:
- Very good in domain knowledge, analytical ability, knowledge on finance, communication, planning & organising, leadership skills & Networking.
- Ability to handle complex product portfolio
- Chemical Engineer/Bachelors + MBA from a top university
- 15-20 years experience within the industry and 5+ years in a leadership role
