- Be a key driving force in building industry experience, solutions, and GTM in the area defined
- Consultative skills & executive presence in client's discussion; lead business meetings with prospective clients
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations senior leadership to build momentum on new deals and successfully converting them.
- Build point of view on Sales (direct and channel) and Quote-to-Cash operations, respond to RFI, RFP, and sole-sourced deals in this space and build proposals for them
- Deal Lead Solution Architect: Lead Genpact's proposal building efforts and delivery of final submission: Build the storyline, pull-in advisors and SMEs, work with Pricing team, and coordination with Internal support teams (HR, IT, Infra, Legal, etc.)
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for the service line practice
- Build and Manage collateral requirements for custom
