This is regarding the opening with a leading Pvt bank as an AVP Sales Analytics - Credit card
Experience: 12 + years of experience in sales and portfolio in BFSI or large scale sales company
Location: Mumbai
Job Role:
- Create various cohorts of data either basis customer segments or distribution channels, for sharp shooting offers to right channels/customers
- Create campaigns for sales team/channels/digital channels
- Working closely with Risk/Analytics Team to feed sales team with Pre-approved data for various customer segments
- Helping sales teams/channels to be more effective with the help of Sales Analytics
- Give right feed to customer service team and risk team to ensure that we don't lose right customers
- Tracking the outcome of such activities, in terms of reach out efficiency, conversion efficiency, right product/customer fit efficiency
