Job Title: Robotics Process Automation - F&amp;A - AVP Function: Lean Digital Transformation Level: Band 3-AVP Travel: Yes, on need basis Location: Gurgaon This role is a combination of deep F&amp;A domain skills, awareness of RPA products, excellent solutioning skillsets by leveraging RPA technologies, good commercial sense in structuring business cases, and excellent customer facing skills (executive presence, ability to listen and address specific problems, articulate acceptable and reasonable solutions, etc.) Key Roles and Responsibilities : - Automation / Digital Roadmap - Responsible for creating the overall digital roadmap for client in which RPA plays the central role. Work with cross functional, multi geography client teams to identify and implement RPA projects, linked to client priorities. - Drive F&amp;A specific standard industry best practices in all RPA implementation delivered by the org for its clients - Participate in RPA projects and account specific discussions as an F&amp;A RPA subject matter expert - Project Management - Drive best in class project management practices in RPA implementation. Lead the execution of Robotic Process Automation projects ranging from assessment to implementation - Own Frameworks and Methodologies - Refine existing delivery methodologies on RPA and anchor adoption across different teams - Develop and drive best practices frameworks, case studies and benchmarking for RPA implementations in the F&amp;A domain - Creating diagnostic tools and templates to assess RPA opportunity in F&amp;A vertical. - Program Management - Provide program oversight to multiple client implementations. Drive Governance rigor across internal/client teams on RPA implementation progress - Assist in RPA implementations across different accounts and verticals - Creating F&amp;A process insights from an RPA standpoint - enablers to maximize RPA return on investment and limiters that reduce RPA return on investment - Engage and execute on RPA engagements with Fortune 500 organizations around designing best in class RPA enabled F&amp;A processes. - Providing direction and coaching to the LDT team for delivering best in class RPA enabled F&amp;A processes - Assist in preparation / refinement of RPA proposals in F&amp;A domain. - Prior exposure to RPA from a functional perspective essential - Prior customer facing consulting experience with Fortune 500 organizations - Experience in setting up, re-engineering or designing a shared services for F&amp;A - Thought Leadership - To bring industry knowledge, latest innovations and emerging PoVs on Robotic Process Automation. Be the go-to-expert on all things automation for operations/client teams. Knowledge, Experience and Education : - MBA / MCA / BTech with 8+ years of experience - 5-7 years of experience of Process/Technology Consulting with 2-3 years of Robotic Process Automation projects implementation experience. - At least 3 Implementation / Assessment Project for RPA deployment. - Hands on experience in at least 1 RPA Product.
