Job Description - Opportunity to lead the Risk and Risk Policy division of a well established Fintech company

Client Details

- Our client is a well established Fintech company

Description

- Responsible for credit policy formulation



- Managing the overall risk of the portfolio




- Design and make requisite changes to the overall risk policy




- Design the risk framework for the organisation




- Strategise and partner in implementing technology to enable a digital journey in the retail lending process- e.g. underwriting , KYC etc.




- Ensure that the governance, risk, compliance and control frameworks of the set up are strong and robust



- Keep risk and portfolio performance at the optimum level

Profile

- More than 6 years work experience in credit risk and policy function from a Financial Services setup (Fintech is an added advantage)




- Prior experience in policy and risk analytics




- Experience in risk and policy for unsecured products
