We have an exciting opportunity to work with a leading fastest growing Indian Bank based in Mumbai for Risk Manager (AVP) - EHL &amp; KCC product. Looking for a 5 to 8 years of exp in same field.&nbsp; A) Risk Manager - EHL &amp; KCC Policy/ Product &amp; scheme development : - Development of policies &amp; amendments according to the changing business environment &amp; business goals. Scheme formulation at regular intervals based on portfolio behaviour, industry trends &amp; market dynamics. - Benchmarking best practices in the industry and incorporating the same in business through constant innovations. - Visit markets to understand the local practices and possible challenges and incorporate that learning in the product/ process improvements. Portfolio monitoring (including Risk Analytics) : - Create dashboards &amp; metrics for monitoring the portfolio. Tracking portfolio behavior &amp; forecasting trends. Using risk management tools to analyze the portfolio. Ensure adherence to triggers / controls as specified. - Monitoring portfolio mix and recommending changes in the portfolio focus. - Coordinate with Business Intelligence team to bring out the best use of data to facilitate business, like scorecards, micro segmentation, loss projections, early warning indicators etc. - Monitor and report adherence of credit policies - Conduct regular process and policy reviews. Trainings Impart regular policy and process related trainings to credit and sales teams Key Requirements for Risk Manager - EHL &amp; KCC Graduate / Post graduate (Agriculture - Preferable) or with an experience of Rural businesses like Crop loans, Dairy loans, Agri allied term loans, structured loans to Rural SMEs and Micro finance sector and related credit policies and process controls. In depth Knowledge of Credit Assessment Parameters to study viability of funding for Agri Business, Agri allied Finance, Micro Finance, Equipment Finance. - Good industry network to understand the methods being adopted by other NBFCs / banks. - Proficiency in MS Excel/Power Point and Word. - Work Experience: 6 to 8 years.
