AVP - Risk Analytics - BFSI (6-13 yrs)

The work would primarily involve use of customer/operational data and application of statistical tools and techniques to achieve following :

- Developing statistical, Financial and judgment based models to enhance the business decision making.

- Support business functions like operations, sales agency, HR.

- Continuous monitoring of models \ forecasting \ strategy trends in place and provide analytical recommendations for the same to the senior management.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Developed and implemented early warning single scorecard to measure and manage risk in corporate portfolio.

- Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical analysis/modelling using regression (logistic regression, Decision tree).

- Developed and implemented early warning single scorecard to measure and manage risk in corporate portfolio.

- Provide subject matter expertise on the default risk model during the design and development of the application software and subsequently, in the presales process.

- Stress Testing for Credit and Operational Risk.

- Preparation of Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Management Plan.

- Market Risk and Liquidity risk sensitivity analysis.

Work Experience :

- At least 6+ years of experience in Risk Analytics.

Knowledge/Skills :

- Worked on various tools like- SAS, SAS- Eminer, SQL, Angoss, FoxPro, SAS Visual Analytics, MS- Office etc.

- Good Analytical knowledge, ability to do quick data deep dive and provide insights to the business partners/ Sr. Leaders

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong Communication & interpersonal skills and drive for success
