AVP - Risk Analyst - SME/Supply Chain Finance (3-5 yrs)

Profile

As risk analyst, we are clearly looking for driven individuals with an eye for detail to pickup nuances on risk profile from variety of data sources and make informed decisions

- Individual needs to be self-initiated, capable of working with minimum supervision

- 2+ years experience as Credit or Financial Analyst;

- Understanding of SME and/or Supply Chain Finance

- Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with good knowledge of MS Office suite

Primary Responsibilities

- Analyse customer credit worthiness and recommend credit limits in line with credit policy

- Monitor loan portfolio as per laid down standards to minimise risk of bad debts

- Manage reporting systems and prepare MIS at desired frequencies

- Participate in process improvement projects and support other management activities as required.

Duties

- Liaise with loan applicants to procure relevant information for credit assessment

- Analyse data including purchase & sale history, banking transaction data, KYC etc to assess credit worthiness of applicant

- Prepare credit application memos as per credit policy

- Maintain accurate credit files and MIS

- Assist in completion of loan documentation and onboarding of borrowers 

- Collect relevant data post disbursal to ensure continuous monitoring of borrowers

- Prepare MIS as per policy to maintain stringent control over loan portfolio

- Provide customer service and develop relationships with internal/external customers

- Participate in projects targeted at process and quality improvements, new initiatives etc
