Our client is leading growing global research and analytics firm, hiring for AVP- Research and Solutions having strong expertise into ESG ( Environmental Social Governance) domain Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Responsible for the overall performance of the ESG business starting with client acquisition, onboarding, transition, client servicing and ensuring client delight - Reviewing and enhancing the existing ESG business strategy, data collection, service offerings, processes and frameworks - Managing and overseeing ESG client services operations. Provide leadership to senior managers, managers and leads across multiple ESG functions - Identifying new opportunities and initiatives for growing the business, to aid the management and create further value at the company level - Supporting teams to advance their sustainability knowledge and skills, through coaching and sharing of best practices - To be eligible for this role you will require: Desired skill in people management, client acquisition, delivery - Must have global exposure Please note that due to the high number of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
