AVP - Research & Solutions - Environmental Social Governance Domain - Research & Analytics Firm (8-15 yrs)

Our client is leading growing global research and analytics firm, hiring for AVP- Research and Solutions having strong expertise into ESG (Environmental Social Governance) domain

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the overall performance of the ESG business starting with client acquisition, onboarding, transition, client servicing and ensuring client expectations

- Will be responsible to manage large teams and solid people management experience is a MUST

- Will be responsible for reviewing business strategy, corporate governance, data collection, service offerings, processes, and frameworks

- Preparing sustainability reports with the help of team

- Identifying new opportunities and initiatives for growing the business, building solutions and delivery management

- Supporting teams to advance their sustainability knowledge and skills, through coaching and sharing of best practices

- Experience in ESG, renewable energy, corporate governance, social governance is preferred

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- More than 8 years of relevant experience

- Desired skill in people management, client acquisition, delivery

- Must have global exposure

- Must have managed team more than 100 + team size

- Relevant experience from research or consulting background only
