- Understand client needs to develop customised asset allocation solutions in various private wealth management products

- Optimise risk weighted returns to clients

- Increasing client's profitability from the wealth products

- Responsible for overall target achievement

- Achieve the client acquisition target and the revenue target outlined by the management from time to time
