AVP - Relationship Manager - Direct Assignment - BFSI

Role/Job Title : AVP (Relationship Manager-Direct Assignment)

Location : Mumbai

Role - Retail portfolio Buyout

Job Responsibilities :

- Sourcing and reviewing transactions for portfolio buyout/direct assignment.

- Due Diligence including financial analysis and submission of proposal basis the laid down guidelines.

- Execution of the transaction by liaising with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, OPS).

- Portfolio Performance Management.

- Adherence to regulatory guidelines and timely completion of covenants related to the transactions.

- Resolution of internal and statutory audit queries.

- Managing the end to end transaction including payouts and ongoing Due diligence.

- Key stakeholder in driving the system capabilities require.
