AVP - Regulatory Reporting & Capital Management

Our client is one of the largest banking & financial services providers in the world. They are hiring an AVP for their Regulatory Reporting team, who can drive all activities in that department.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Manage business requirements from users and prepare documentation accordingly while accurate implementation of the regulatory model.

- Overlook CRM application while working on CRWA calculation methodologies and walkthrough of UAT results with different stakeholders.

- Liaise with different stakeholders to improve efficiency of delivery while managing projects in cost, scope & schedule.

- Manage and overlook a team and their performance, while being responsible, to hire, retain & develop key finance professionals for the domain.

- Overlook different computation logic on client applications while ensuring timely & quality delivery of all tasks & activities assigned.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in Regulatory reporting & Capital Management with change management & project management exposure.

- Minimum Qualification - Post Graduation / MBA in Finance.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting, change management, BASEL II/III and RWA.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

- Knowledge in MS office.
