AVP - Recruitment - BPO

Looking for Location Recruitment Head for a renowned BPO in Pune / Bangalore, having global strength of 30,000 people and growing, providing (voice / non voice / KPO services)

Job Description: Location Recruitment Head

- Responsible for hiring around 2000 (frontline voice / non voice profiles) and 500(lateral profiles) on an avg per year.

- Conceptualize, Plan & Deliver hiring numbers both Frontline and Lateral Positions across verticals for Center

- Development of alternate sourcing channels by Leveraging Social media, Referral campaigns, Print Advert & Campus hiring routes

- Developing Hiring models to manage large, just in time and low cost hiring needs

- Develop functional capabilities across people, processes and at systems level to manage spike, variations in hiring demands

- Maximizing ROI on recruitment costs

- Reporting & Analysis - Recruitment metrics, Market trends.

- StakeHolder Relationship
