AVP - Record To Report Operations - BPO - CA

- Oversee the execution of day-to-day operations of the General Accounting, Intercompany, Fixed Assets and Consolidations teams

- Possess strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other international accounting standards

- Oversee general ledger and financial statement/reporting activities across all in-scope regions, as well as month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

- Review and approve account reconciliations, manual journal entries, and analyses based on Client accounting procedures and controls, ensuring they follow U.S. and local GAAP regulations

- Lead the Accounting group's interaction with global teams (U.S., Europe, Hong Kong, etc.) to ensure effective delivery of reports, work products, support to regions and response to queries

- Lead and manage the Accounting, Intercompany, and Consolidations delivery team of approximately 80+ team members, ensuring communication and coordination within and across teams

- CA qualification is mandatory
