Relevant working experience in RTR - Intercompany function preferably in the Process Excellence function in a Third party or Shared Services set up. - Leading and Driving Process improvement Initiatives across the entire RTR Intercompany Lifecycle focusing on Invoice Scanning Posting, Accrual Posting, Reconciliation, Analysis of Mismatches, Payment Schedules, Payments and Netting & Clearing. - Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive transformation agenda - Should be able to work with cross functional teams like Operations, GPO, Digital team, Transformation team, Transitions team etc. - Pro-active, ability to trouble shoot, work through organizational change scenarios. - Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and raise performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps. - Collaborate in the new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition and stabilization Skills andExperience: - Graduate in Commerce, Marketing or Finance discipline with an MBA from a reputed College. Skilled communicator with exceptional presentation and project management skills. - Preferably a Chartered Accountant with Practical experience of Working on Intercompany based projects in RTR.
