AVP - Reconciliation Process - BFS

Work Timings : Standard Shift (Flexibility to work in hours to manage stakeholders & functional leads US and other regions)

 Job Location : Pune

Primary & Must Have Skill :

- Automation, Robotics, Reconciliation tools

- Process re-engineering/ transformation/ improvement

- Process improvements

- Process Mapping & Documentation

- Project management and stakeholder management

- BPM (Business Process modelling) & BPNM

- Experience in workflow Orchestration

- Experience in business applications e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Alteryx etc.

- STEM (Science Technology Engineer Maths) skillset background

Specifications & Significant details:

- We are a new team in India for business transformation, hence we will need more work on market intel

- Techno functional role

- Industry experience in Automation, Tableau with financial knowledge

- Strong engagement/negotiation skills with stakeholders & vendors

- Business transformation experience will be helpful

- Automation and workflow process modelling

- Be a part of transformation programs and give recommendations

- Work with GOS control design and implementation

- Finding and implementing solutions

- Process efficiency
