AVP - Quality/SEPG/SQA/CMMi Process Expert - Banking Solutions (12-15 yrs)
We are hiring for a IT product company in Banking solutions.
Role: Quality Metrics/ SEPG and CMMi process expert
We need to hire a metrics manager, Exp in metrics collection, baselines and performance dashboards.
- 12 to 15 years experience
- Expertise on metrics definition and management
- Knowledge of CMMi high maturity requirements
- Knowledge of statistics. Should be able to create statistical and prediction models
- Will need to create and execute metrics framework for the organisation
- Knowledge of tools such as minitab
- Should have played role of metrics manager
- Understanding and practical application experience with various SDLC and QA methodologies and processes.
- Oversee all QA activities and processes for multiple software products and systems.
- Act as the Quality advocate for the company - looking to instill quality in all deliverables from conception to release.
- Ensure that performance and quality of products conform to established company, industry and regulatory standards.
- Lead implementation, control, and distribution of all Quality Assurance programs, practices, standards, methodologies, and metrics.
