AVP - Quality - Real Estate (14-20 yrs)
- Develop policies & Monitors procedures, programs, standards and design criteria affecting construction quality on multiple construction projects and monitor their implementation.
- Responsible for driving excellence in Quality assurance, control processes and people capability to meet organization's Quality standards/objectives
- Proactive approach to improve quality of work at site, minimize rework and demonstrate continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to company standards, customer requirements, regulatory requirements and SOPs & QMS.
