AVP - QA/Testing Lead

- Deep knowledge and experience on QA/Testing concepts having delivered several large projects, driving value in digital transformation

- Solid QA/Testing subject matter expertise, advocator of testing process/methodologies towards adding value in IT/Product life cycle

- Experience in participating sales proposals/cycles (RFIs, RFPs, orals, due diligence and contracting)

- Experience in consulting/re-engineering in QA/Testing landscape

- Project management, Test Management in Agile/SCRUM experience and attention to detail are must to have

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strategic thinker: Proven ability to think out-of-the-box

- Technology specialization mixed with QA/Testing in any one or more from: Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML would be an added advantage

- Should be flexible to work as an individual contributor and leading teams as business demands

- Design Thinking/ Lean Six Sigma skills are good to have.
