Our Client is India's largest travel Bazaar, having its offerings such as online Hotel Sales, Air Tickets, Forex, Bus and Train Tickets and Other holiday packages

Our Client is looking for a Project Management expert to lead the Design, Development & Implementation of Software requirement for the organisation. S/he will be involved in identifying suitable vendors for the software/ technology, working out specifications, getting design/product approvals, finalising pricing & scheduling supplies, ensuring quality.

The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising activities related to the design, development, and implementation of the software/technology solutions. S/he will work effectively across functional teams; apply leadership, communication, organization, problem-solution, and knowledge of best practices to guide the development team on day to day activities. The everyday involvement with tenders, projects, technical solutions and consultation require Project/Program management activities to successfully lead complex cross- organizational project teams.

Other Responsibilities

1. Provide direction to development teams for identifying and resolving technical issues and seek opportunities for continuous improvements.

2. Provide leadership and technical guidance across functional teams in order to manage large scale projects that include platform software and hardware customisation.

3. Communicate effectively with functional teams, including Systems Engineering, Product Management, Test, Customer Support, as well as Executive Management.

4. Build, mentor and grow the development team for a positive team environment.

5. Commit to reasonable development schedules and deliver solutions on time with high quality.

6. Lead and manage third party contractors and service/solution providers.

7. Create and manage development schedules and resources.

Salary offered: 40 to 50 Lac p.a
