Job Location : Delhi NCR
Roles & Responsibility
- Develop a string of monitoring mechanism for asset manage.
- Monitor progress of projects on ground as well as financially
- Interaction/liaison with borrower and various FIs/Banks
- Restructuring of stressed assets
- Ensure statutory and other compliance's
Skills and Attributes
- Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of power sector/other infra sector
- Understanding of critical financial issues in appraisal/due diligence/structuring of a product.
- Knowledge of RBI prudential norms
- Must have successfully implemented restructuring of stressed assets.
- Knowledge in regulatory aspects and working experience in other infra sector like port, road etc would be an added advantage
Qualification : CA/MBA/BE
Work Experience : 9-12yrs
