Opening for the position of AVP-Project Monitoring

Designation: Assistant Vice President-Project Monitoring

Location: Delhi

Educational Qualification: MBA/CA

The candidate should be from NBFC Company. Understanding of Regulatory framework in power sector & other infra.

Requirements:

- Develop a string of monitoring mechanisms for assets managed by the company.

- Monitor progress of projects on the ground as well as financially

- Interaction/liaison with the borrower and various FIs/Banks

- Restructuring of stressed assets.

- Ensure statutory and other compliances Skills and Attributes

- Understanding of technical and commercial aspects of power sector/other infra sectors

- Understanding of critical financial issues in appraisal/due diligence/structuring of a product.

- Knowledge of RBI prudential norms

- Must have successfully implemented a restructuring of stressed assets.

- Knowledge in regulatory aspects and working experience in other infra sectors like port, road, etc would be added advantage.
