AVP - Project Manager - Global Transformation Center/Investment Banking Client (12-15 yrs)
- At least 12 years of experience on complex projects across countries or regions
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders and management
- Understanding of banking and/or financial services industry and/or shared services organisations
- Experience in delivering significant change with clear benefit realization
- Experience in agile ways of working/tooling
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Experience in project tracking, reporting and governance
- Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira
- Project Management certifications (Agile PM, PMP, Prince2, MSP) are an advantage
- Experience in working on digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure deployment and adoption of change using the standard group frameworks and ways of working.
- Work with stakeholders and delivery partners to identify opportunities to create business value
- Manage project budget, resource, plan and governance using best practices of project and program management.
- Work closely with the business sponsor to define the roadmap and plan budget and resources to deliver the set objectives
- Align at all times to the group strategy, values and behaviours.
