AVP - Project Management - BFSI - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple application projects of Digital Team.
- Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress.
- Align project objectives with company goals, and ensure project team is clear on objectives.
- Assist project team with the design and development tasks.
- Manage process of problem identification and resolution.
- Responsible to manage and multi-task different projects simultaneously.
- Responsible for Budgeting, Estimation, Planning, scoping and complete financial management.
- Stakeholder management, handle client relations and contract management.
- Track progress for all projects, handling escalations, managing third parties and associated teams.
- Managing and mitigating risks/issues.
- Take critical strategic decisions to result in overall project level success.
Looking for:
- Education - Full time MBA from Premier Institutes.
- Experience - 5 to 7 years of post MBA work experience in Project Management.
- Exposure - Team Management, Ability to engage with External & Internal stakeholders within the Company, Solution oriented and multitasking skills, High interpersonal relationship skills, Strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities, Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude, Quick grasping & learning abilities.
