Responsibilities :
- Drive strategic approaches to PMO processes and governance, maintaining a roadmap of PMO strategies.
- Monitoring and controlling progress of projects with projection managers and functional leads for adherence to committed milestone schedule.
- Leading quality assurance change management & release management functions.
- Reinforce PMO governance policies and standards.
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects with 100% quality and 100% adherence to PMO processes.
- Work with project leaders to develop mitigation plan for any risk to project schedule or quality.
- Support project and executive reporting needs of the PMO, developing multi-level presentations as needed.
- Ensure documentation and process audits are performed to verify compliance with project controls.
- Formulate viable recommendations for the improvement of project management practices, efficiencies, and internal controls.
- Coach, mentor and assist team members to establish a consistent level of quality, accuracy, compliance to departmental standards, and internal controls.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Process and Governance Manager or similar role.
- Proficient in process improvement and development practices.
- Advanced knowledge of the software development process and industry standards to support the processes.
- Experience of managing PMO function.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Graduation in any discipline, MBA preferred; professional certification must (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2)
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
