- Help the program manager for implementation of Credit Card project. - Take end to end bottom line responsibility for a project delivery task assigned. - Manage Project risks, ensure successful delivery and implementation - Adhere to organizational guidelines and process - Good knowledge across modules of Credit Cards - Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving. - Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information. - Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. - Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users. - Manage all stages of project development including performing requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, training, roll out and post production support - Own Root cause analysis provide tactical and permanent solution Desired Profile: - At least 5-7 years' experience in Credit Card system implementation. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Familiar with MS Project, JIRA and similar tools - Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the team - Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. - Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for project management Core Competencies: - Thorough knowledge of Credit Cards domain. - Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, trouble shoot, and problem solve with clients throughout the implementation process. - Strong inter-personal &amp; negotiation skills - Must be flexible, adaptable and have ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment. - Self-Motivator and team player - Excellent documentation skills.
