Qualification :

- Graduates with good academic background

- Master's in Business Administration (MBA)

Required Experience:

Minimum 12 to 15 years of relevant Vehicle Finance experience

Required Knowledge:

- Excellent knowledge of Vehicle Finance

- Relevant market knowledge

- Excellent grip in MIS

Primary Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Having experience of handling products of CV/CE/Car/Tractor both in Used as well as New.

2. Circulating various MIS (Sales Pipeline/Collection tracker/PDD etc.)

3. Handling DSA payouts/Team incentives.

4. Coordinating with credit for closing on various product/policy related changes.

5. Should have a Data/Analytical mindset for time to time product related presentations.

6. Should have understanding /passion for digitization of every process.

7. Handling Cross sale-Insurance/Claim related follow up till closure.
